THB is an independent insurance and reinsurance broker, based principally in the London Market, but serving clients and markets throughout the UK and internationally from London and via its network of offices worldwide.

Established in 1968, we provide insurance and reinsurance broking, risk management and underwriting services to wholesale and retail clients. The group includes one of the largest and most successful Lloyd's broking operations in the specialty market sector.

By focusing on our chosen specialist areas and attracting the best insurance professionals, we are able to deliver innovative technical insurance solutions and first class service.

In 2002, THB was floated on the London Stock Exchange, Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

To enhance investor choice, THB shares were also admitted to trading on the PLUS-traded market in August 2007.

In January 2008, THB announced the acquisition of the Lloyd's broking interests and certain overseas shareholdings of PWS.
